Welcome to HighView Birdies (“HVB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, accessing our website, or using our content and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

## 1. Services
HighView Birdies provides drone-based golf video recording, editing, media production, and related digital content services for golfers, tournaments, golf courses, and events.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, FAA regulations, golf course policies, and operational limitations.

## 2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

Customers agree to provide accurate scheduling and contact information when booking services.

Prices, packages, and offerings may change at any time without prior notice.

## 3. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the HighView Birdies Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the custom nature of our digital media services, completed filming sessions and edited digital products are generally non-refundable.

## 4. Weather & Flight Restrictions
Drone operations may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to:
- Weather conditions
- FAA restrictions
- Unsafe flying environments
- Golf course rules
- Technical or equipment issues

HVB reserves the right to prioritize safety and legal compliance at all times.

## 5. Media Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on editing workload, event size, and production requirements.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving delivered media files after delivery.

## 6. Intellectual Property
All videos, graphics, edits, branding, logos, and media created by HighView Birdies remain the intellectual property of HVB unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered content for personal and social media use.

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification of HVB content without written permission is prohibited.

## 7. Promotional Usage
By participating in an HVB filming session, customers grant HighView Birdies permission to use captured content, including video, images, likeness, and audio, for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Advertising
- Website content
- Promotional materials

Customers may request removal from promotional content by contacting HVB in writing.

## 8. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to interfere with drone operations, create unsafe conditions, or violate golf course rules during filming sessions.

HVB reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if customer behavior creates safety, operational, or legal concerns.

## 9. Limitation of Liability
HighView Birdies is not responsible for:
- Missed shots or incomplete footage
- Weather-related interruptions
- Technical issues outside reasonable control
- Delayed deliveries caused by external factors
- Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service booked.

## 10. Third-Party Locations
Golf courses and event venues operate independently from HVB. We are not responsible for venue operations, scheduling changes, or course-related issues.

## 11. Changes to Terms
HighView Birdies may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
