HighView Birdies – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HighView Birdies, every video is custom filmed and professionally edited specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our service, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

## Booking Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable once your tee time and filming slot have been confirmed.

## Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tee time may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled filming time are non-refundable.

## Weather & Course Delays
If weather conditions, course closures, or unsafe flying conditions prevent filming, HighView Birdies will work with the customer to reschedule the booking at no additional charge.

## Digital Product Policy
Because all videos are custom digital products, delivered footage and edited videos are non-refundable once filming has been completed and editing work has begun.

## Editing Revisions
Customers may request minor editing adjustments within 7 days of receiving their video. HighView Birdies will make reasonable efforts to accommodate small revisions when possible.

## Flight & Safety Restrictions
Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, course rules, weather conditions, and safety limitations. HighView Birdies reserves the right to modify or cancel filming if conditions are unsafe or restricted.
